- 1/4 bowl semolina

- 2 tbsp. raisins
- 10 dried cherries
- 2 tbsp. melon seeds
- 2 tbsp. sesame seeds
- 8-10 pistachio
- 4 coarsely grinded Green cardamoms
- 2 tbsp. Grated coconut
- 1 bowl milk

- Gather all the ingredients for making besan ladoo.
- Heat ghee in a heavy-bottomed karahi. Add besan and roast on low flame for 2 minutes. Stir continuously. Add semolina, mix and roast it on low flame.
- Add remaining 1 tablespoon ghee and roast it while stirring. It will take 8-10 minutes till the aroma comes. Now add sugar and stir/mix. Roast for 2-3 minutes.
- Add all the dry fruits and mix and roast it for 2 minutes.
- Add milk and mix and continue stirring till it becomes thick and milk gets absorbed. Switch off the flame.
- Transfer it to a mixing bowl and let it cool, but still warm for binding ladoos. Adding a little milk makes it soft.
- Now bind ladoos with your hands. These can be stored for 10 days in the refrigerator. I have prepared 14 ladoos with this.
